Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the annual operating budget (~$750K)
• Project manager for the district’s ~$10M technology bond
• Maintained Windows, Linux, and OS X Server based network for 4,000 users, including D.A.S. RAID systems, virtual machines (client and server), and software deployment

Accomplishments:

• Built LDAP directory to ensure centralized credential management and high availability
• Designed and implemented the roll out of 1,400  workstations (mobile carts, computer labs, teacher laptops), 16 physical servers, and various Windows VM’s.
• Crafted 10Gbit fiber backbone and Wireless-N network design including rogue device prevention, segmented guest access, and bandwidth controls
