Environment

Climate change

• GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions during FY02/25 were 84.7% of those during FY02/20 (down 37,376 t-CO2).
• Reduction in Scope 1 and 2 (50.4% of FY02/20, down 6,807 t-CO2) was primarily due to the consolidation of functions in each area, an effort continued from the previous year, and the relocation and consolidation of the offices of the Group companies and each area.
  Further, the head office building of ポーカーオンライン Corporate Design Co., Ltd. (formerly ポーカーオンライン Trading Co., Ltd.) was fully transitioned to renewable energy.
• For Scope 3, emissions in CAT 1 (products and consumables) were 100.9% compared with the previous year due to an expansion in sales; however, they were 86.7% of FY02/20, or down 30,569 t-CO2. We will continue working to expand our made-to-order production market share and develop OMO stores to more precisely maintain inventories at an appropriate level.

Water and Waste

• The amount of water usage (waste water) in FY02/25 was reduced to 48.7% of that in FY02/20, due to the consolidation of logistics functions in each area and the relocation and consolidation of the offices of the Group companies and each area, as above. We will keep working to make effective use of water resources by using groundwater at a golf course (Lakeland CC) operated by the ポーカーオンライン Group and continuing to have telecommuting through Work Style Design.
  We will improve the rate of reducing and recycling waste by further enhancing the precision in waste sorting at each office. Further, we started doing horizontal recycling (using used products as raw materials to create new identical products) of plastics (such as hanger covers) in 2023.

Social

Employees

• The ratio of female managers was 28.3% in FY02/25. The percentage of women taking parental leave was 100%, continuing on from the previous year.
  We will continue to operate and promote various systems such as sominars and training.
• The ratio of employees with disabilities was 2.50% in FY02/25, exceeding the statutory employment rate as in the previous year.
• We will continue to promote D&I and achieve work-life synergy based on the Work Style Design Project promoted by the ポーカーオンライン Group.

Governance

Compliance

• There continued to be no fines/penalties for corruption, non-compliance incidents, or political contributions in the current fiscal year. To put in practice fair management with integrity, we will continue to make a concerted effort to enhance the effectiveness of corporate governance and establish a sound management foundation.

Environment

Waste emissions are recorded from the FY02/23, as it is now possible to measure waste emissions at the distribution warehouse of the ポーカーオンライン company Yamato and at the distribution warehouse in Narashino.
